Boat Slip Information

With over 2,500 homes and less than 210 boat slips, there is usually a waiting list to get a boat slip. There are procedures in place for getting your name on the list and rules that govern how boat slips are assigned

All community boat slips are managed by the Piers Committee of the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association. If you have any questions or concerns about the policies or procedures governing the Cape's marinas, contact the Piers Committee Chairman.
